If you have past experience as a flight attendant, a purser or as a maintenance tech, mechanic, or ground handler, we can use your skills. This is a “hospital with wings” and there is a great need for people who will operate as inflight staff while airborne, and as hospital support staff while on the ground.
Unlike typical airline routes, when the plane blocks in, the job is not only not over, it is just beginning. In-flight and ground staff must be able to adapt to working as “hospital employees” while on the ground. This takes a degree of patience and understanding that you are now working outside your element and you need to be ‘trainable”, cooperative and willing to take direction. This is a team effort. This is not working a flight to vacation at the other end. Your skills in safety, cabin orientation, cooking, serving and bedside manner are all required traits.
Can you take your spouse or family.? You bet. As long as we can find a legitimate need that they can fill, they are welcome.
If you understand these basic needs and requirements, and you are still interested in operating as an in-flight crew member and/or ground staff for Wings World Wide, please forward a resume which includes the following:
* Current occupation: years of service, position, duties, vacation and leave policy, specialties, desires
* Your hours; total, by type and most recent flight experience
* The area of the world you desire to serve
* The time of year you desire to serve
* Do you have a passport? Visas?
* Do you have jump seat privileges?
* How much notice do you need to depart for service?
* Five (5) references we may contact
* A picture of applicant taken within the last six months
* Other family members that would like to accompany you, by name age and experience in the area which they wish to serve
* Personal information: Name, age, date of birth, marital status, family size, medical history and needs.
